The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom features original terracotta flooring, exposed wooden beams, and frescoes adorning the upper part of the walls. It is furnished with a comfortable double bed fitted with a memory foam mattress. Located on the first floor next to the living room, the bedroom also offers access to a balcony through its window. Waking up in this serene and peaceful atmosphere feels like a dream.
2°:Kids'room
Bedroom "Kids'room"
On an upper level, accessible via a grand staircase made of stone and wood adorned with wall paintings that connect all areas of the house, you will find a charming bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This room features a wooden floor and is furnished with two single beds, making it both cozy and practical .
3°: Master Suite
Master Suite
This bedroom is a self-contained mini-apartment located on the second floor. It features a cozy sitting area with carpeted floors, armchairs, and a desk—an inviting corner for relaxation or work. The private bathroom is equipped with a hydromassage shower for added comfort.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the loft-style sleeping area, illuminated by skylights. Here, you'll find a double bed, creating a serene and intimate retreat.
4°: Bedroom " Room with a View"
Room With a View
This bedroom is the crown jewel of the house, located on the top floor. While it doesn’t have an ensuite bathroom, it offers a comfortable and modern double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. The original terracotta flooring adds character, and the room boasts the most breathtaking views in the house.
A private wrought-iron balcony overlooks the entirety of Lake Orta, the surrounding mountains, and the picturesque town of Orta San Giulio. It feels as though you’re floating, with swallows gracefully flying around you, enhancing the magical, suspended atmosphere.
5°: Bedroom " The Flame Suite"
The Flame Suite
To visit this bedroom, we return to the ground floor, which was originally the kitchen area. This is why the room features a large stone fireplace, once used for heating. Inside, the space has been designed in a minimalist style, with two windows overlooking the charming San Demetrio alley, where the main entrance is also located.
A bathroom has been cleverly created in the area under the stairs, while the impressive shower, with its mosaic-tiled floor, is located directly within the bedroom itself.
